How do I obtain a refund for an order placed online?
If you have any issues with your order, please ask to speak to a member of our management team who can deal with your issue. If necessary they will process a refund on the till.

No, the prices are the same and there are no additional fees for ordering online.
What if I order alcohol but do not have prood of age?
When you order alcohol via our online site, you agree that both you and the intended consumer are aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested when the product is delivered. If you are unable to provide proof of age by means of valid ID on request, we will not be able to serve any alcohol drinks and no refund will be offered.
